I. Performance and Applications

1. The demulsifier is a reverse demulsifier, a composite polymer water treatment agent. Its molecular backbone contains a large number of positively charged groups, making it a cationic polymer with unique performance. It possesses strong reverse demulsification capability, effectively improving the interfacial tension of water-in-oil (W/O) or oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions. This causes the oil or colloidal particles in the wastewater to lose their stable repulsive and attractive forces, ultimately destabilizing and forming flocs. Through further chemical bridging, it achieves the separation of oil and water as well as harmful impurities in the wastewater, thereby recovering oil and purifying the water. This demulsifier can effectively break oil-in-water emulsions, shorten oil-water separation time, is water-miscible, and remains effective over a wide pH range.

2. This product is widely used in various wastewater and waste liquid treatment and purification projects, including petroleum extraction, processing and refining, mechanical manufacturing and processing, steel, coking, papermaking, chemical fiber textiles, chemical industry, and municipal applications.

III. Usage Method

1. Add 10-1000 ppm (specific dosage can be determined based on field tests) to oily wastewater, stir for 1-2 minutes, and rapid demulsification can be achieved.

2. This demulsifier has a synergistic effect. Adding 5–100 ppm of PAC, PFAC, or PFC before or after adding the demulsifier can quickly clarify the water.

3. The dosage of the demulsifier and the pH of the wastewater can be adjusted to achieve rapid demulsification and separation.

IV. Packaging and Storage

※ Packaged in plastic barrels, with net weights of 25 kg, 200 kg, or as required by the customer;

※ Physicochemically stable, store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor area. Shelf life is one year.

V. Safety and Protection

This product is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
